Lynn Salkeld
1946 - 2023
Jon Gulla graduated from the Savannah College of Art & Design with a BFA in Photography in 1996. He has a dedicated passion and a need for something to exist. Art, it's sole purpose - to invoke an emotion, is central in his life. He has a sheer love of creation and a drive to glorify the visual arts. He works with several medias including traditional silver photography, Polaroid transfers and gum-bichromate.
Lynn Salkeld was an award winning artist born and raised in Hillside, New Jersey. She lived in the Charleston area for more than 20 years. She used a painting style that borders impressionistic while incorporating deep earth tones in order to captivate her audience.
Lynn studied art with Adolf Conrad, Susanne Bucceri, Martin Arrons, Joyce Hall, Mark Horton and Chris Hayes. Her work was exhibited at the Charleston Artist's Guilde and is now in family hands.
Lynn was a great mentor, teacher and guide, the third owner of this business, a wife, a mother and a grandmother.
